We recommend approximately 10 ft x 10 ft of clear space for the full setup. This allows room for the 360 platform, rotating camera arm, equipment, and guests to enter and exit comfortably.
Yes. Parties RN serves events throughout New Jersey and New York. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor setups require a safe, level surface and protection from rain, strong winds, and other unsafe conditions.
Yes. Guests can enjoy unlimited 360 video sessions during your reserved service time.
Yes. Your booking includes a custom video overlay and music selection to march the theme and feel of your event.
Yes. A professional Parties RN attendant will handle setup and breakdown, operate the 360 booth throughout your reserved service time, assist guests, and actively engage with them to keep the experience fun and energetic throughout your event.
Yes. A 50% reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Your date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.
